So my interpretation is that they could make an identical Penny, but it wont be our 'Penny' because she'll have a different soul.

2019-07-23 10:32:21 +0000 UTCSo one thing: Penny's swords are connected to her by wire (its how she controls them) thats why when the swords are thrown passed her it wraps around her body, Two: Neo was inspired by one of Monty's female friends who did a Torchwick cosplay and was created from scratch just 10 days before her first appearance in volume 2 Chapter 4 Three: Velvet's battle outfit design was created by a fan through a competition RT held in before volume 2 this might be who you are thinking as created by a fan, if not there was also team NDGO who were voiced by Indiegogo backers for Lazer Team. Lastly Velvet is voice by Caiti as stated above, fun fact: she is married to Jack Pattillo who plays 'Junior' (the club owner Yang beats up in the yellow Trailer and talks to again in volume 2 chapter 4
