The other kid is Katsuki Bakugo who goes by Bakugo for the same reason. Deku is an insulting nickname that Bakugo calls Midoriya. Kacchan is a nickname Midoriya calls Bakugo. Basically Midoriya aka Deku, and Bakugo aka Kacchan.
