Yeah english dub for jojo can be either decent or really off. Like Narancia's voice to me. Is really off in terms of the english dub. But if you want a suggestion from me. If you really want to try a english dub of jojo. Check out the part 3 ova done back in 1993. It does it's own take of the part and condenses a lot of content while surprisingly making fights like N'doul and even DIO personally even better then the manga/david anime.
