His name isn't Passione. That's the name of the Mafia organization. The guy with the Stand suit is named Ghiaccio. It literally means Ice.

It doesn't look like you noticed, but Ghiaccio has the same voice actor as Bakugo (I think someone else already mentioned that Narancia has the same VA as Deku). I'm really excited for next week. The White Album fight is one of my favorites.
