Jojo’s Bizarre Loss Of Video

I was just getting ready to edit next weeks episodes of Jojo (29-Get to the Roman Colosseum and 30-Green Tea And Sanctuary) only to discover the video of my reaction are gone. It’s just gone and I can’t recover it.
I’m devastated.
I keep my recorded files on an external hard drive and port then to my desktop when I’m ready to edit.
During the import, something has obviously gone wrong and all the files didn’t come over. And stupid me erased them from the Hard Drive thinking all was good.
All that did come over was the Audio file of my reaction.
So, the only way I can possibly move forward with these two reactions in with an audio only track over the show.
Thoughts?
I’m so upset.

Well I'd say audio's the most important part of the reaction, so it could be worse.
