The movies are both really good, especially in terms of animation. Two Heroes takes place between seasons 2 and 3. The movie doesn't spoil anything that happens in season 3, although it was released alongside a special episode that promotes the movie near the end of season 3, so it makes sense to watch it after that episode. Heroes Rising comes after the end of the 4th Season.
