Some of you may not have Discord, so I recommend creating an account; it's really not complicated. Once you have created a Discord account, you must link your Patreon account to your Discord account.
Here's a short guide on how to connect your Discord account to Patreon and gain access to the server:

1. Log in to your Patreon account and go to settings.
2. Tap the "more" button.
3. Go to the "connected apps" option.
4. Press Discord and enter your Discord account credentials.
Once you complete these steps, Patreon will automatically give you the correct role and unlock your exclusive channels based on your tier.
