You would pull up your copy and push start the same time I do. The first ten seconds are available to sync up, and at intervals in case you need to pause. I'm not sure about the sound issue your describing, but I'm not called techno uh-oh for nothing. Maybe there's an answer on Google??? I hope the video works out for you and you enjoy π
