We are here, y'all. The season three finale everyone has been waiting for. Gotta be real, this episode was not what I expected. Who lives? Who dies? Do they escape?
But the most important question- was this ending satisfying?

One question I have never asked is that final scene with Miller where he was standing (on Lake Ontario!) and turns around to say "Gonna need a ride." was that added after the fact as we knew at the airing of E8 that the show had been saved by Amazon. So when we all saw this episode the first time, we knew we had at least a Season 4 coming (and in the end, S5 and 6!!) And I always like to point out that Clarissa essentially saved the entire human race by swapping and reversing the buffers in order to shut down the Behemoth's drive (just the way Ren had showed her not to do!). I do believe in redemption (although it seems some fans do not for some reason) and that was a pretty good way of starting.

In his closing monologue, Holden referenced the Gold Rush. Yeah. Looking forward to Season 4 and meeting new friends.
