Bodacia's dress is a close fit in the bust for Fukumi, but below that it's a bit of a circus tent. Bodacia is just generally busting out of Fukumi's work clothes. She refused to even try the pantyhose. "Sugar, I WILL split that, so let's not even try." ^^
