Another idea is that at some point Michelle visits Jason in his room or that Jason visits her in her house for some naughty action. In the further course Janice discovers this by catching them in the act. Michelle's secret kink could be that she gets turned on by knowing what special kind of a naughty relationship Janice and Jason have. Since Michelle is also attracted to mature women, she wants to share Jason with Janice (maybe including the lactation with Janice, which also could be a kink of Michelle).
