The current status of the 0.38:
The additional artwork: ~85%.
Posing and animations: ~50%.
Dialogs: ~60%
Scripting-Setting up scenes: ~40%

Looks like Jason is going to need to get some cobbler training and fix that shoe. And get a nice reward!
