Seaside Mystery (the new game) 0.04 Alpha

What's new in this build:
-FPS increased ~20-30%
-New water shader at the pool
-Graphics options updated: Screen Space Reflections, Ambient Occlusion can be turned off.
-Vsync can be turned on/off in the graphics settings
-FPS limit can be set at 30/60 (in the Vsync drop down)
-Shoes color/smoothness/metallic can be customized now
-Teleport option has been added (the Door icon on the top right of the screen)
-Slight Emily face adjustments.
-All the female characters can be customized with all options open (to access customizations, go to the MC room and click on the PC)
-Brenda now also appears at Dinner table, on the sofa at the living room and bathroom.

The Teleport option is much nicer than having to walk everywhere. Good job.
