Since it's a "Body accessory" it can be mixed with any Upper/Bottom wear.
To use the codes go to MC room. Click on PC > Locked Safe.

Ok, I think I managed to reproduce the issue, it seems there are still some bugs. So the solution for now is to Reset Customization and then enter the code. If Janice disappears from the list, after resetting, use code: DressUp

2023-07-04 07:15:01 +0000 UTCHmm, I remember there was a bug in one of previous update with Janice progression, maybe it caused it. As for now you can send me a savegame file, I'll fix that manually or just use a code "DressUp" that will unlock all the characters. Just keep in mind other characters that are not yet unlocked for customization during the gameplay, may have various glitches in clothing
