because a few hours ago I couldn't login and it showed that my page was suspended "due to suspicious activity" like wtf ๐ฑ I know my page is 10000% well protected! so I instantly realized that it was certainly and without a doubt a patreon automatic glitch, so while keeping calm...
I immediately emailed patreon support team and they responded about 40-50 minutes ago and confirmed that it was and issue from patreon:
in another email they aplogized for inconvenience which is very polite of them ๐ฅฐ
In this case I want to let you know guys, if you encounter any problems on this platform like with payment or viewing content, first you need to contact patreon support team: https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
So you submit requests as a patron and choose tickets by category and what's important you need to provide them full information, describe the issue, show them screenshots and links so they know better how to help you ๐
I had to give you heads up. Happy chuseok by the way! ๐๐ฅฎ๐๐ I'm not celebrating so I didn't draw anything soft related to it, focusing on MOO as I should ๐ง

Same here, I had to cancel and become a member again. For some reason Patreon did not charge the September membership.

2024-09-16 16:44:21 +0000 UTCYes I couldn't see you for a good 10 mins๐ฑ๐ญ๐and I was panicking because it said here on posts landing page something like: "this page is removed" and when I clicked on "community" it said: "this community is under review" so that gave me some hope but in the meantime I already submitted a request and then within next 5 mins or so the page was back on so I felt like: ๐๐ฎ๐ญ oooof pls Patreon don't play with us like this anymore!! Ahh I'm happy sooo happy to be back at our taekook home๐๐ฅฐ๐
