This last summer I got to play Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, the direct sequel to FF4 that came out about 10 years ago. To be honest, it wasn't great... but it had its moments!
Among the next generation of main characters is Luca, who players of the first game might remember as princess of the Dwarves, all grow'd up! And besides being an engineer princess who fights besides automaton "dolls" from her childhood, WOW did she grow up cute! I don't often do this kind of fan art, but it honestly isn't even a stretch from her official art.
At one point one of the Dwarves in the castle offers a gentle reminder to the player that "Dwarven equipment is too heavy for most humans"... but it just stuck in my head he was implying a different warning. You tell me, human... 😈
