Added 2024-03-28 09:48:42 +0000 UTCI wanted to read my fav spiderdad fic as a book (cause my poor eyes are very tired of all my screen time) so I asked the author, Jules, if I could print their wonderful story and they kindly agreed since it is for my use only.
I've never made a book like this before, so it was very much a new territory, I made a few mistakes, but that gives a bigger "home made" vibe thanks to them haha! (plus I used a local printer shop who didn't send me a template for the cover. I had to figure out things by myself (which was very complicate))
I'd love to read my fav fics on books more often, but it is quite a budget and seeing how some horrible people steal from writers, I think it is hard for them to let people print their work.
They are also having a tough time with AI and criminal people who steal from their own gain.
Send some love to your favorite fic authors, they deserve as much love and respect as artists! Without fics writers, fanarts artists like me wouldn't get as passionate and inspired in a fandom! :)
