Upgrades in Process and Models

Hey folks, updating you on what I've been working on and some key developments to my process. I've found several new models that are significantly better regarding morphing, character continuity, dynamics, and realism. This is really just for those of you that are interested in the world of AI erotica, or video generation at large. Enjoy! Please feel free to hop on Discord and ask questions or talk with me. Let's talk still-frames first...

In the picture below you can see that the hand anatomy is entirely correct, and this is not a cherry-picked example. The lighting, dynamic posing, and especially the genetic accuracy of the characters in the group shot below is staggering. Group shots have always been almost impossible to get consistent and accurate characters throughout the entirety of the shot. The below example is now the norm, not the exception. This picture was done using Google Imagen 4 Ultra. This model remains quite censored, but as long as you don't use it for anything overly provocative, I've had about a 40% iteration success rate getting it to play ball with me.

Now censorship...

The most vexing thing for me, as those of you who engage with me on Discord know, is that the overwhelming majority of my contributors are always looking for me to provide NSFW content as part of my shorts. That is totally a fair request and I'm willing to do it. That being said, the drop in quality from the main-stream models is significant. We're starting to see that level off, but I've always had to use Flux 1.1 to get an even remotely-erotic image involving any level of nudity, and because the model isn't trained on it, things like nipples and genitalia are deformed at best, and horrifying at worst. Good news here. I've found that one of the video models I use is willing to take an image that doesn't start as NSFW, and make it NSFW by the end. This means I can now do transition shots like removing clothing, sexually charged interactions like face-sitting, smothering, deep and aggressive kissing, etc... without a drop in quality. This is very exciting for me.

That being said, actual things like penetration, blowjobs, etc... are still very jenky because the models aren't technically trained on them, even though they'll allow them. So the below shot of Aly and Steph allows for me to have them remove their bras, a pretty tame NSFW action, but struggles with getting the physics of their breasts falling out of the bras as they remove them correct. The models don't struggle with breast physics anymore while they're walking or running with their cleavage in tow. I've attached a clip as an example. I hate that I still can't post actual video on Patreon. If I could it would be the perfect platform.

Now pricing...

I am constantly trying to find cheaper alternatives for iterating that don't result in a drop of quality. The vast majority of my daily research (yes it is daily I swear) is to accomplish this goal. I've been encouraged lately because Freepik, the platform I used to use extensively, has integrated "free" windows using various models to try them out. For example, Seedance is currently free for both the lite and pro versions at 480p. What makes that awesome, in spite of the resolution, is that it's a way for me to iterate to narrow down my prompt before I spend a ton of cash doing the interations. Pretty great. Freepik still gets plenty of money from me for upscaling and other things. I liken it to cellphones for those of you who are old enough to remember when unlimited plans started popping up.
