Return (AKA The tale of my stupid computer)
Added 2020-03-23 14:47:44 +0000 UTCFirst of I'd like to thank everyone on here for being patient (even though some of you have been less patient not that I blame you) for the lack of updates in the past few months. My lifeline to my writing is my computer (damn wonderful electric block) which I use for practically every scrap of my writing.
Another thing you should know about me is that I'm paranoid about where I save my work (and in general), especially original work.
As of January 10th 2020 that paranoia BIT ME RIGHT IN THE ASS.
In an incident now know by my roommate as the Great Fuzzy Disaster (Mostly because I bitched about it for a solid month) I lost my computer to the worst electronics death imaginable; BATHWATER.
Meet the culprit:

This is Pharaoh aka Pumpkin aka Death Noodle Supreme, and while he stands accused of the grave crime of NUKING MY LIVELEYHOOD No jury would ever convict that face.
Besides, what dumbass writes in the bathtub anyway? Yup. Thats me. Not that it's ever been a problem before but I suppose I should have factored in my very needy new addition.
In short, I lost most everything I was working on recently, and a lot of older stuff, oodles of original stuff which I cannot even tell you guys how much that suuuuuucks.
Thankfully, I did have a great deal of the handwritten 'prototypes' and most of my chapter was saved on an online server, so Over the next few days I will be posting what I still have and managed to save as well as an entire preview chunk of my chapter for everyone to read while I try to get everything back in order and get back into the swing of writing again.
After a few months overtime and some help from both my roommate and my mom (never dis moms) and of course, you guys; I have a badass replacement and am trying not to mourn the loss of my original content, which really did kick me in the teeth.
And just in case you guys don't know: You're amazing for sticking with me through all the shit and not a lot of content. Thank you. Seriously.
I regret nothing (except maybe letting my cat in the bathroom)
