I decided for this year to make at least one personal shaded piece OR reference each month, so there we go~
Originally I was going to redo the very first OC picture I've posted to dA (2009, man) to start off the year, but didn't have the time so went with this instead. It was actually done last week, but forgot to post xP

Since the original redo pic was going to be of my Yugioh 5Ds OC Lorelai, I decided for the reference to go with my other 5Ds OC, Kaori <3
She didn't get much in terms of revamp despite it being almost 10 years, but she got a wardrobe expansion at least xD (and some tweaking to her bio, which you can find here: https://toyhou.se/1282926.kaori )

Outfits from left to right are: Hospital/Lounging around || Spring dress || City outing (gift from Lorelai) || Crash Town
One thing I still like about this character is how her hair gradient changes depending on health, the whiter the sicker she is, haven't seen this done before so kept that as nonsensical may be xD

So here you have my forever childish baby ♥ With me and my bro getting recently into Arc-V and my headcanon of the Kurosaki bros (or at least Shun xD) being Kaori's kids you'll probably see more of this lady xD Hope you like her <3
