He smiled beautifully at the snake, who started to panic. The Azure Skysnake already realised that she was in big trouble. This guy was a Zifu Disciple body refiner!

This guy could one-shot her! She was only a Low-stages Xiantian Lifeform!

With supernatural strength, he dragged her to the shore and then pinned her down with his foot as well.

“I know that you can change your size as well. So just to make sure, I will put my leg right here.” With a kind tone, he placed his leg, and a pained hiss escaped her mouth.

For a second, the snake hissed, then hissed some more. Her eyes narrowed for a second before she nodded. The moment she did that, her body started to glow.

Ren could sense a connection forming in him, and he accepted it.

“It appears I am starting this Pokemon journey with a Milotic from the beginning. Now that is cool!” As he mumbled to himself, he released his hold, and the snake fully bonded with him.

The next moment, she shrunk into a small size and wrapped around his biceps.

“There, there. Good girl. From now on, you are Qingqing.”

She hissed at him. He could feel through the connection that the snake was happy with the new name he gave her.

“Nice. Now, why don't we check other areas~” As he said that, he went back and collected his surfboard.

He proceeded to surf once again. He was quickly crossing the marshes and eventually noticed that people were fishing.

“People at last! First contact, here we come!”

I need someone who could help me to render that thing.” Ren said that while stroking his chin. He imagined an array of spices and herbs would be excellent to make that meat all tender for eating.

The tribe members were all gasping like crazy.

“Yes, now, you big guy! Come with me and take a big knife. We shall chop some meat!” Ren ignored even louder gasps as he grabbed the biggest guy in the group and pulled him where the rhino carcass should be.

Ren and a big guy named Dala were walking through the marches. The native tribesman led him. The teen only needed to point the direction, and the big guy would lead him there.

As they walked, he considered where he was in the timeline. The aquatic rhino had not been killed yet when he arrived. That means it's still before the cannon, or Ji Ning is too young to adventure.

But knowing what kind of comments he left on Wiki, he is confident that Ji Ning was erased, and Ren was allowed to take over and ‘show’ how to do stuff.

Well, either way, he doesn't care.

A while later, the big guy finally noticed the deceased Rhino.

“Amazing, it's truly the Aquatic Rhino!”

“Yes, now let's cut this big guy up. Which part do you think tastes the beast?” Ren asked as he pulled out his stone sword.

After pondering, the pair started cutting back muscles and the neck.

Ren pondered for a bit as he went over and cut the horn. He would make it into a new sword for himself.

Once they cut enough meat, the pair returned to the previous location, and Dala took him to his village.

It was a simple, wood-made village, and only several hundred people lived there.

“Dala, you are back! Gods! Look how much meat there is!” One armed man exclaimed with shock.

“Saber, this is thanks to Young Master Ren! He is a Zifu Disciple!” Dala praised Ren, who was next to him, and he was carrying an even bigger pile of meat.

Ren looked at the man with one hand.

“He doesn't look blonde. Why do they call him ‘Saber’?” The teen complained to himself. No one knows why he said that. They don't catch his drift.

“Zifu Disciple!? Gods!!!” He, alongside other people, swiftly started to bow.

It was as if he was the prophesied being who descended and graced them with his brilliance.

“I have only a single question for you all.” With a casual motion, he dropped the meat on the ground. He was using a massive leaf to make sure the meat wasn't dirty, but the bang was enough to shake the entire village.

“What's the question, Young Master Ren?” Everyone had a severe and sweaty look on their foreheads.

“Do you have herbs or spices to make this meat taste good? I have been eating bland food for days now.” The teen explained with a loud sigh. He was tired of tasteless shit!

“W-We some salt! A-A-And some herbs from the marches! I am sure we can cook up something nice!” One of the females said with a hopeful voice.

“Good! I am happy to hear that! Then off you all go to work! I will cultivate in the meantime.” He motioned for them to start working as he walked to find where to sit.

“Yes! Young Master Ren!” The ladies rushed to start doing things with the meat while the village leader motioned for the teen to accompany him. He would prepare a place for him to stay.

‘Not bad, I can get used to this ass-kissing.’ Ren mumbled to himself.

But for this to work, he must get himself a palace full of beauties. Unlike the original main character, he doesn't find the whole single warrior journey trope all that interesting.

It took over a hundred chapters for mc to reach where Ren is now with body refining cultivation. The main character's forced dumbing down is just stupid. He doesn't need that. He doesn't want that.

He could quickly train a squad of hot chicks who could do all the ass-wiping for him. He was in the cultivation world. He could speak some ‘Dao’, and they would get enlightened.

Ji Ning looked at a flower spinning in a pond and grasped the Dao of Lotus.

The best part was that he cultivated the whole time the tribe members cooked the meat.

“Hell yeah! Qingqing, I just reached Xiantian in Qi Refining~.” Ren happily explained as he stood up and stretched out. Now, he needs to compress all the Qi he has in his Dantian, turn it into liquid, and build a Zifu palace to become a Zifu Disciple in Qi Refining.

“This time around, it will take a while, but meh. I am in no rush. I still need to improve my sword skills.” he casually commented as he looked at his soul beast.

“Why do you say that? Isn't it normal? You sound as if it's hard to cultivate.” With an eye roll, he motioned for his snake to get on his hand.

She followed his orders and coiled around his arm, and then a portion was on his neck. Her head ended up close to his head, too.

“Cute little thing you are.” He stroked her head with his other hand. He found himself quite a catch for his starter Pokemon.

After reaching Xiantian, he went to see what people were doing.

A few steps later, he saw that people were preparing a banquet for him.

It's as if this will be that supper dinner thing he saw on a painting in a museum.

Some sweat dropped from his forehead before sighing.

“Those sluts! I am eating here! And they try to interrupt!?” With a furious roar, he jumped out from the village and looked at the band of approaching tribespeople.

With a loud smash, he landed on the ground, creating a large crater.

“Oi! Oi! Oi! Where do you think you are going!?”

“!!!”

The approaching people stopped in their tracks and looked at Ren with wide eyes.

“Xiantian!!!”

“Sadly for you, that assumption is wrong.” His tattoos ignited as his Zifu aura surged.

“Darling, do you want some snacks? You can eat all of them if you want~”

Ren asked his snake pet. Qingqing, with an excited hiss, replied, and then she grew to an enormous size.

The invading tribespeople watched with horror as the Azure Skysnake revealed herself.

As they are locals, they have heard the legends of this Diremonster with a drop of Godbeast blood.

They are royally fucked…
