Otaku Cultivator c146
Added 2024-07-24 18:34:15 +0000 UTC“What now? It will take days, weeks, even months to develop technology, and we are here alone. We have an entire world for ourselves.” Weiss said to Ruby and Yang. The trio left the hangar as the boys were talking ‘shop’.
Ruby wanted to stay, but Weiss felt the girl would embarrass her, so she pulled her away.
“Now that you mentioned, yeah…”
Yang and Ruby realised that they were the only group of individuals on the whole planet!
That’s something else!
Their gaze went to the full body-size window stretching through the whole penthouse.
“This place is just like Iron Man’s house. I approve of this style!” Ruby nodded to herself as she rushed to the window. She left a trail of rose petals in her wake.
“I agree! Look at the view!” Yang joined her. As she walked over, she could see the ocean in the distance. It was as far as they could see.
“It is beautiful. Almost as beautiful as the view we get at the Sect Headquarters.” Weiss somewhat agreed, but the view from the sect beats this for her—the layers of clouds and the ocean as far as she could see.
“Please. You can’t be serious. Yes, the view from the sect is great, but we have a planet in the distance! You can’t beat that!” Yang fought back.
Weiss was thinking of arguing back then, but then she realised something.
“...Wait. The planet has three continents, four oceans, and a bunch of seas. They have no names. We could name them!” Weiss realised what an opportunity this was!
“...Then this ocean is Rose Ocean!” Ruby swiftly named the ocean.
“You can’t be serious! It has to be something more serious!” Weiss complained, and Yang looked somewhat salty. She wanted something with her name on it!
Just like that, the trio started to argue with naming…
The virtual butler, who was watching everything, could not understand how the whole thing had devolved into this.
[Are all of the people from different universes unruly like this?]
Jarvis pondered to himself as the AI focused on listening to what his creator was doing.

“So the controllers are more or less for the hands, weapons, and shooting. The pedals are for thrusters.
So the majority of movement is done through the neural link.” Tony was sitting inside one of the GINN’s.
He quickly realised that the controls of these are slightly difficult for him.
Is it because he was a ‘natural’?
‘It appears these coordinators are something else.’
Tony was gathering data himself, considering he had just learned that the internet in this reality is far more restricted and only for the use of the military.
He can’t simply access data on what Coordinators can do, and he can’t ask Raynor for details, as the God Kid would tell him that Coordinators are just better, which is far too broad for the inventor’s tastes.
So, he is gathering data by himself. The first thing is to check the specs and parameters of a mobile suit.
“The OS is just primitive. It looks like Windows XP…” Tony complained as he realised that this machine's processing power, besides for combat use, was quite slow.
“I need to check what is under the hood. This is weird…”
The Avenger realised that what he was looking at was both advanced and ancient at the same time.
OS is primitive. The neural link is far more advanced than what he has when it comes to interfacing with a machine.
The battery technology is at least twenty to forty years more advanced than what he has. If he were to reverse engineer, the electric cars he could make would replace petrol at any time of the day, considering how long they could last.
All in all, what he is looking at is very, very strange.
It's like this reality is tailored for big robot wars…
“...This is just ‘great’...” Tony realised that he could potentially be in some sort of movie.
‘Well… let's see how this will progress.’
Eventually, his stomach rumbled.
“Time to order some food—” Then his eyes widened as he realised the issue.
He swiftly left the cockpit of the GINN and looked at the two teens who were playing a card game in the middle of the hangar.
“Kids! Who is making food!? Or do they deliver Uber to Saturn in this place!?” Tony asked loudly.
The pair stopped playing and looked at Tony.
“...well, I can cook some basic stuff,” Arno commented as he realised that they don’t have a cook.
“Hmm, I could use my Rinnegan to recall and learn all that my mother showed me.”Raynor chipped in.
“...You can switch between Rinnegan and Rinne-Sharingan?” The blonde asked curiously.
“Yeah, it's like Mangekyo. It can switch and stuff.”
“But I thought you won’t be cheating.”
“Well, Rinnegan is technically not ‘godly’... Rinne-Sharingan is.”
Arno deadpanned at his friend.
“You telling me control over life and death, soul extraction, creation of pretty much everything is not ‘godly’?”
“Precisely.”
“It appears the way I see gods, and you are two different things…” Arno commented, but at that moment, Tony arrived at their table in the middle of the hangar.
“Kids! Food!!!”
Tony interrupted as he slammed his hands on the table.
“One second.”
Raynor closed his eyes before opening them, and they changed into purple eyes with rings. He then clapped his hands.
A red aura surged around him.
“...is he going to make some food?” Iron Man asked with interest.
“No, he will use his powers to recall all the times he watched his mother cook.”
“Oh, so he can emulate eidetic memory, nice.” Tony nodded as he waited for Raynor to finish.
“Got it. Let’s go.” Raynor stood up from the seat.
“This time around, we shall conquer the kitchen!”
“What about the girls? There are four of them. Don’t they know how to cook?” the Avenger asked as he looked at the black-haired girl sitting some distance away with crossed legs. She looked like a martial artist.
And he was not wrong.
“...I think we have a higher chance to cook than they.” Arno ‘smiled’ while saying that.
“They are that bad…” the engineer realised what he meant.
“Yeah.”
~~~
“Cool, it appears the fridge is full,” Tony commented as he opened the American-style fridge. There were a lot of products, but they were raw materials, not ultra-processed stuff he could stuff himself with and return to his work.
“Indeed! It's the perfect time for us to learn how to cook!” Raynor clapped his hands as he proceeded to make pans, pods, and other things.
“If you can make stuff like that, you could just make food.” The Avenger closed the fridge and looked at the newly created items.
“No can do. We shall cook!” After that, he created a bunch of aprons.
“...if you say so.”
“Let’s start with fried eggs!” Raynor commented as he took the apron with a red eastern-winged dragon on it. He then looked at Arno.
“You can start with sausages, fry them.” He pointed at the grill.
“We will make a makeshift British breakfast!” The Primordial Otaku told them his intentions.
“And me?” Tony realised that he had no ‘mission’.
“You can toast the breed.”
“...”
The engineer sighed as he walked over and took the loaves of the breed.
‘Here I am realities away, reduced from my Billionaire and Avenger status to… bread toaster?’
The trio started cooking, and the smell began to spread.
~~~
The three girls from RWBY were almost fighting each other as they wanted to name the oceans and the continents, but then they stopped when they smelled food.
“...”
“...”
“...”
“Do you smell that?” Ruby released her sister as she was double-teaming with Weiss to take down Yang.
“...Yes…” Weiss nodded, but then she realised something crucial!
“Who is going to cook for us!?” The white-haired girl asked with horror.
Are they going to survive on protein bars!? Raynor doesn’t need to eat, so he never bothered with food! But what about them!?
“!”
“!”
The pair started to panic alongside Weiss!
“Let’s go!”
The trio rushed to the kitchen.
What they saw were three guys working in the kitchen.
“...You should have brought Erina with us!” Weiss chipped in as she saw Raynor at the frying pan.
“No need. Besides, Erina is always surrounded by girls. If I take her, the others will follow, and we will have a chaotic situation.”
He said with a slightly strained smile.
“...oh, who is this Erina?” The Avenger, who was making toast, asked.
“One of the girls I collected from a world which focuses on food making.”
“...I see…”
At that moment, Tony realised that it's possible that specifically tailored universes exist, like the big robot he is currently in.
Which makes him wonder who the beings are who manipulate all of that on such a massive scale.
“Yes. It's a strange world.”
“Maybe it is, but Erina is an extremely good cook! It would make our life easier!” Weiss complained, but then Raynor motioned for her to come over.
He pulled out an apron with snowflakes.
“Come here.”
The Heiress sighed and followed his request. Soon enough, she was with an apron and assisting Raynor with cooking.
The other two wanted to join, but there was not much to do…
Instead, they went back to waste some time.
“Have you ever cooked before?” The Otaku asked his white-haired girlfriend.
“...You are asking the wrong person. My father would have grounded me if he learned that I am cooking.” Weiss explained to him that she felt Raynor getting behind her and making her stand in front of the frying pan.
He then gave her a wooden spatula for the frying.
“Well, now let’s see your talent for being a housewife~” Raynor teased her.
Weiss narrowed her eyes.
“Is this a challenge?” She asked him. Her voice was dangerously competitive.
“Depends. Most of the basic requirements for a good housewife is to know how to cook. Isn’t it right, guys?” The Primordial dragon asked the other two.
“...Don’t add me to this mess, kid!” Tony raised his hands. He doesn’t want to end up in this mess!
“...no use, Tony. He will treat us as wingmen no matter what.” Arno sighed as he was using cooking tongs to roll the sausages on the grill.
Weiss looked at Tony and Arno.
“Well, tell then! Is it important in your world? For a girl to know how to cook.”
To her question, the pair of males looked at each other for a second before replying.
Sigh
“I suppose it's a great quality in a woman.” Iron Man gave his reply, and the blonde sagely nodded alongside him.
“Fine then. I will learn how to cook!” The Heiress got very serious.
When Iron Man saw such a look on the girl, he turned to the blonde teen and asked.
“Is it fine? I don’t want to be haunted by gods because of this.” Tony whispered to the blonde.
“Don’t worry, these girls are not Goddesses…yet.”
“...Great…” The engineer sarcastically replied.
“Yep. So it's fine…for a while, I think…” Arno whispered back.
“Your reply doesn’t give me confidence, kid!” Tony knew he shouldn’t get involved with this!
However, soon, he relaxed as Raynor took over and got all over his white-haired girlfriend.
He realised that he used him and the blonde friend to encourage Weiss to cook.
‘Crafty… he is using this to bond with her. Not bad at all.’
The Avenger realised that these two became an ‘item’ not long ago.
~~~
After all the cooking, the makeshift ‘British breakfast,’ which consists of fried eggs and sausages, was done. Raynor even made some salads on the side since Weiss likes her salads…
Regardless, after cooking, Everyone was at the table outside, enjoying the fresh evening weather.
“I do want to know how Saturn’s radiation is not cooking us,” Tony asked Raynor after stuffing themselves and looking at the sky, where half of it is taken over by the massive Gas Giant.
“It's the microorganisms in the atmosphere. I made them capable of absorbing excess radiation.” Raynor explained what he did.
“...oh…”
“You created everything needed for a planet but forgot a cook?” Weiss commented, to which her boyfriend smiled at her.
“That is why I have my darling girlfriend, who I know will learn how to cook a feast for us~.”
Hmph!
The girl could only snort at him as she realised that he wiggled out of that one.
