Dragon Ball: Goku Si c8

A golden blur was rushing through the sky with absurd speed, leaving a trail of gold as it blasted through the ocean surface, creating waves and then blasting through the clouds as if it was having fun.

“There it is!”

The streak of light stopped, revealing itself to be Goku, who was looking at the pillar in the distance.

It was Korin Tower!

The boy was about to land somewhere in the forest to take a break before starting his climbing journey.

After all, climbing the tower is his next training. Weighted clothes make it much more challenging.

But at that moment, his eyes stopped at something in the forest. It stood out quite a bit. It was a crater with a person in the middle of it!

The boy slightly narrowed his eyes. The clothes of this person were quite familiar.

“Is that… a Kai?” The Super Saiyan mumbled to himself as he proceeded to descend to the ground. Upon landing, he dismissed his flaming aura, and his hair became regular blonde.

Goku walked into the crater, getting to the middle, his senses trying to sense anything from the Kai he was seeing lying on its stomach.

He could see that Kai had blue hair.

The boy gently grabbed the Kai and turned it around to see the face.

“N-No way…”

What he was looking at was Aeos… The Ex-Supreme Kai of Time! A female Kai who caused a big tournament with timelines at the stake! In a way…she was the Antagonist of nearly the entire arc until Demigra popped up…

OR Something like that. It has been years since he has watched anything from Dragon Ball, which makes it obvious… As he is living in Dragon Ball at this very moment!

Regardless, The girl in his hands was supposed to be an extremely powerful being, Something only Ultra Instinct Goku could fight.

But all he was sensing from this girl was a weak life force and diminishing Ki.

“…Is she actually dying?”

The boy grabbed her and proceeded to take her out from the crater and then floated into the air and looked around, spotting a lake with a little clearing. Big enough to put his capsule house.

He floated there and dropped his capsule. With a poof, a house appeared. He took her into the house and placed her on a bed.

Then he put his hand on her and started channelling his magic and starting to heal her wounds.

“Interesting… Someone has sealed her powers… or taken her powers?” Goku sensed that there was some sort of seal around her core being.

‘It feels extremely dark… or demonic in nature…’

‘Whatever it is, this thing is draining Kai’s lifeforce, not allowing her to recover.’

The boy pondered for a bit as he dropped on his ass and crossed his hands, pondering what to do.

“Of course… It's kind of easy!”

He stood up, and his right hand glowed white, almost golden; what he had was positive magic mixed with Ki. 

Once charged enough, he placed it on the kai girl and started to loosen the seal.

The seal was very strong but not flexible. It was quite easy to overcome it. All he needed to do was turn his energy into something like a needle and then attack the seal.

After a couple of tries, he was successful, and once in the place, he started moulding the demonic energy into a positive one and then channelling it to restore Kai’s lifeforce.

“AND done! This should stabilise her condition.” Goku stood up and stretched out. At that moment, his stomach rumbled loudly.

“YEP! It's time to cook!” The Saiyan rushed from his house towards the lake. It was time to catch a big fish!

The boy didn’t notice, but Aeos’ eyebrows slightly twitched. The Supreme Kai is rapidly recovering, considering her body is patched up and the seal is weakened. Enough for her to recover.

“Ugh…” A soft female voice groaned as a pair of blue eyes opened…

“Where am I?” The Supreme Kai looked around. Her eyes slowly scanned her surroundings, but then her nose picked up the smell of food.

“... Someone is cooking…” She slowly moved up.

Her eyes immediately widened as she inspected herself.

“...My injuries… This is magic…” The girl inspected herself. She quickly discerned that it was magic, and then her eyes bulged as she sensed that the seal placed on her was damaged in a… strange way! 

“...Someone overpowered Demigra’s magic!?!”

But then she scanned it again and quickly concluded that it was not overpowering—more like leeching…

It's another seal on top of Demigra’s seal… In other words, a seal that stripped her power is now revitalising her.

It brought a smile to her lips as it was the most interesting way to show a middle finger to the demonic deity…

Aeos slowly stood up and walked towards the doors. Once she opened them, she saw a campfire and a fish being cooked.

“...” Her eyes trembled as she saw someone she did not expect to see.

‘...Son… Goku…’

More questions than answers started to pile up… How in Zeno’s name can he use Magic? She has never met a variant of Son Goku who can do that!

‘And why is he a Super Saiyan?’

The Ex-Supreme Kai of Time shook her head. For now, she will push these questions aside.

“...Are you the one who healed me?” Aeos asked him with a curious tone.

“Oh, you awake. Yes, it was me.” He smiled at her and nodded at her question.

“You have my gratitude. May I know your name?” She asked curiously as she walked over and took her seat on the fallen tree trunk.

“Its Son Goku and yours?” He introduced himself as Goku, which only made Aeos’ eyes tremble as she realised that she was in some strange timeline. This Goku was far too strong for his age.

For a second, she wondered what year she was in. 

“You may call me Aeos.”

“Aeos…well Aeos, I tried to remove the seal you have, but It's far too strong, so I made it in a way that it should break on its own in a couple of months.” The Saiyan boy swiftly changed the conversation concerning the seal in Aeos' body.

“That Seal has been cast by a very powerful being…I am impressed you were able to touch it at all.” The Supreme Kai of Time said with a small, strained smile.

‘Well, he is a Saiyan… they make no sense in the first place.’

“Oh, it is strong, but it's magic; it's opposite to Ki. Ki counters Ki, but Magic is much more flexible. I simply attached another seal to it and made it start draining the seal that was draining your life.”

“...”

When she heard that, the Kai lady simply massaged her forehead. There were so many things that could have gone wrong, but she will brush it aside for a bit.

“Regardless, you have my thanks.” The girl thanked him again before closing her eyes and scanning her reserves of Ki and magic…

She had no magic at all… and her Ki reserves were less than 1% of her regular reserves… In other words… By all means and purposes, if Goku had not found her like this, she would be dead by now.

A resigned sigh escaped from her mouth.

Her eyes slightly became hollow. It had been the same thing over and over again. She protected time, and like always, some evil thing attacked, trying to take it over, almost beating her before she beat it. Time passed, and then she did it again, and again… again… 

Even when she passed the torch to her disciple, it still continues…in a long line of evil beings, she has beaten Demigra, a Demon God. In her eyes, it was just another opponent.

She had beaten him before, but then he resurfaced and caught her by surprise, most likely angry that she and her allies beat him last time. The endless cycle of conflict continued.

Well, this time around, he nearly succeeded in killing her.

“...Say… Goku… What do you think of Time?” She asked him a question as she opened her eyes and looked at the Saiyan.

“Time… in what sense?”

“...In general.”

“Well, then it's like a river, no? It has a beginning and end like anything else.”

“Indeed. But, what do you think about things which repeat themselves over and over again?” She asked him but then decided that it was not worth confusing this battle-obsessed individual.

“Nevermind—”

“It's alright. Instead of thinking long-term, which is something I don’t do as there is no need. Living beings, no matter how strong or weak, should only worry about the next day. Because it kind of destroys the sense of wonderment, don’t you think?”

He stopped working with spices as he looked at his hand.

“...Wonderment of next day… hmmm…” The Supreme Kai of Time regained some of the life in her eyes as she wondered for a bit.

“I mean, I am quite a good example of it.” He said to her with a smirk.

“My Grandpa found me in the mountains. Ever since then, it has been an adventure. I am learning martial arts, learning to control my inborn powers, and then going on an actual adventure to collect magical stones. I do wonder what will happen next.”

When Aeos heard that, she slightly snorted. She is well aware of his adventures.

“You are right.” 

At that moment, her stomach rumbled as well. It was like her body reacted to the fact that she was not giving up.

However, that smirk Goku showed her only made her blush from embarrassment. Here she was showing such an un-majestic side…

“Don’t worry, I prepared enough Fish for both of us.”

“...”

The retired Supreme Kai of Time didn’t say anything. Instead, she simply pretended that nothing had happened in the first place.

After eating, there was a strange silence between the two of us. Aeos had no idea what to say. The girl knows the individual who beat her like the back of her hand. She knows his life and his struggles…

“Since you have no magic at the moment, why don’t you absorb magic from outside to loosen the seal?” He opened up as he was drinking his herbal tea after eating the fish.

“...Excuse me?”

She snapped from her thoughts as she looked at him.

“...Absorb magic from outside to weaken the seal.”

Kai’s left eye went up as she looked confused, or more like looking at him as if he was an idiot.

“...Magic doesn’t work like that. You either have it or you don’t.”  She sighed loudly.

“It is the same with regular Ki; you train it, not absorb it,” she clarified to him.

“Ehhh? No.” Blue energy gathered in his cup as his tea got refilled.

“...”

Aeos looked at that with disbelief.

“...Goku… From who did you learn about magic?” The girl asked with confused disbelief.

“Who? I learned myself after spending days studying a magic ball. Originally, I had no affinity for magic, but I learned to sense it and then absorbed it from outside to power myself.”

The Kai looked at him with disbelief.

‘Only a Saiyan… only a Saiyan is mad enough to do such a thing…’

After overcoming her disbelief, she laughed for a second.

“Fine. Show me how to do it.”

“Alright.”

He walked behind her and then placed his hand on her back. The girl looked confused for a second, but then she sensed his Ki flow into her. It expanded from her like a net and started to gather Magic from the air.

“...Impressive control of Ki, no wonder you are Super Saiyan already.” The lady, by accident, slipped.

“...Oh, you know my transformation?”

“...Thats… well…I heard legends about this transformation.” The Kai tried to wiggle herself out of the small mishap.

Goku decided to give her an olive branch at that moment, and Aeos realised that as well.

“So you are not from Earth, aren't you?” Goku asked with an innocent tone.

“Indeed, same as you.” Though she played along as well.
