I Got Maids in ATG c1

Before I can start with my new goal, I need to do a couple of things.

While my place was ransacked, the wooden floor was not even spared. My bed was alright… well, to some extent.

The sheets are burst, and the mattress is torn apart, but I can still sleep on it. So, for now, I pulled it into my realm, followed by the empty bathtub outside.

With those secured, I checked my wardrobe. A couple of clothes were there. I took those…

Well, it was more like I took the whole wardrobe and then began to walk towards the clan's gates.

While the clan members were dealing with the fire created by Yun Che, I walked out from the clan… through the main gates no less as the security of the clan were running around like headless chickens screaming about how their Young Master was attacked in his sleep.

I didn’t go far as I didn’t need to. After finding a nice location next to a river not far from the city, I returned to my resources realm and filled another bathtub with the oasis water and the herbs.

It was time for another session, which this time around only boosted my cultivation by two realms before I needed to refill the herbs.

This time around, the water was no longer dirty; it was just that the herbs ran out of juice. While I could use stronger herbs, it's not recommended with my nonexistent bloodline. In other words, my body can’t take stronger stuff.

But that will change once I am at [Nascent Profound]. I will be able to make pills and stuff, accelerate my cultivation speed, and improve my constitution.

With [Elementary Profound Ten] reached, I refilled the bathtub and submerged it once more.

This time around, there was only one stage of increase in my cultivation.

“I guess I won’t be able to be overpowered by the morning.” I realised that I had miscalculated.

It appears that I will need another two sessions to reach Nascent Profound with my current speed.

So I will be [Nascent Profound] by sunrise.

With a sigh, I could feel my Profound Veins surging, and Profound Energy began to flow through my body, creating a protective aura.

This was [Nascent Profound], the true beginning of cultivation.

Not only that, but I can sense how the energy flows unimpressed from my toes to my fingers. What I was sensing was Heavenly God’s Spiritual Veins.

The herbs did their job, and all entrances were opened, boosting my vitality further.

With the breakthrough done, it was time to clean and retire the bathtub, as I needed to focus on pill-making now.

“...”

“...”

“...Crap!”

“And how do I use the flames!?”

While I do know how to do it, I can’t use it! I don’t have the technique! I need to get my hands on a fire technique manual of some sort!”

I quickly bite my right thumb’s nail.

Thinking of a solution.

“Well, shit. I do know Xiao Clan has nothing on those, and buying a technique is impossible unless I am in the capital of an Empire and there is an open auction.” 

I mumbled to myself before I realised that I could make a physique… 

I do have herbs… all the herbs one would ever need…

“I guess the bathtub is not getting retired after all.” A small smile returned to my face as I got an idea for developing a physique that could give me the ability to control fire.

I quickly began to collect all the herbs I would need. I swiftly went to the fire Oasis, which was like a desert with whisps of fire in the air.

“Yep, the place will do. If I want a physique to make pills, this is the place.” 

I quickly brought over my bathtub and began to fill it up with the special water that had the Fire attribute. The herbs were mixed with light purifying attributes; after all, pills are all about cleaning the impurities and extracting the most of the essence.

With preparations done, the bathtub was full of colourful liquid that looked like soup.

“Well, time to return to the cultivation.”

I swiftly submerged into the bathtub, but this time, I was actively absorbing all of the profound energy available instead of allowing the liquids to seep into my body. With my Heavenly God’s Spiritual Veins, my cultivation speed was absurd, as the materials and herbs I use are top-class.

Stopping at [Nascent Profound Nine], I quickly left the bathtub. The water had returned to a regular blue, and all of the essences of Light and Fire were gone, fully absorbed into my Profound Veins.

“Not bad… I did make some progress in getting a feel for the fire… but this is nowhere near it.”

I pondered this for a bit before I remembered that, from all my knowledge, there are fruits that can give me a deeper understanding of Fire.

Of course, not just that, there are fruits that can make flames more volatile or calm…

All that kind of stuff, but what I need is comprehension and creating flames to take my pills!

I quickly looked around and went to check the trees in the fire area of the Oasis.

There were all sorts of shapes and sizes of fruits, from Phoenix fruits to some radishes…

“...Hmm…” 

Then I realised something. There are at least five fruits that do the same thing. 

“I guess I will decide by the taste.” I picked up one that looked like it was made from gold, then another one shaped like a flame, and finally, a deep red peach…

They all looked unique…

‘With how many of them are, I should make a bowl of fruit salads.’

After getting my hands full, I returned to my bed, sat down and began to eat.

By this point, I was hungry again. The process of absorbing all that stuff had drained my body. It would seem there was some sort of calorie exchange going on.

Well, whatever, it's not like I need to bother with lack of food.

The first one to taste was this golden fruit that gave me insights into fire and purification.

“Ohh— nice!”

I looked at the fruit. It was juice and delicious, with no lack of sugary delight! It felt like it was exploding in my mouth, and upon arrival in my gut, it dissolved into pure energy, spreading through the whole body…

Increasing cultivation further!

After finishing the first fruit, my cultivation base reached [Nascent Profound Ten].

Then, I broke through to [True Profound] with the second fruit!

“...This is good too.”

After stuffing myself to the brim with fruits, I decided that it was time to sleep for a bit. 

With cultivation safely at True Profound Six, I will soon be able to eat one of the big shots, which would accelerate my cultivation even further.

“So this is it…” 

I looked at my fingers, flames dancing above them. This was the ‘Sacred Fire,’ which I dubbed myself. After all, I used herbs and fruits with the Fire and Light attributes to create flames similar to Phoenix or… is it a Vermilion bird?

“I think it's the Vermillion bird that has the best purifying flames.”

Regardless, I got what I wanted and reached the best realm to consume a big shot Lotus flower for a major boost in cultivation.

With Earth Profound Five Cultivation Realm, I am good to go for that Throne Realm!

After playing around with fire, I left my realm and cleaned the bathtub before returning to the middle Oasis, where a selection of blue lotus flowers were growing in a small pond.

There was the Emperor Awakening Lotus Flowers, and then, of course, there were even greater variants of these flowers that helped me reach the Overlord and Monarch.

But those can wait as there will be whole stabilisation nonsense afterwards.

‘I think I am the only individual on this Star that is struggling more with stabilisation than actual cultivation.’

I chuckled at that thought. The protagonist can keep his artefacts. This stuff is better either way…

Slowly, I got into the pond and walked over to the blue lotus flower. I gently clipped it with my hand and infused it with Profound Energy. 

Once in my hands, I swiftly walked to the alchemist's place and began to process.

“...Well, this one is a failure… Let's try again…” I sighed as my first try ended up as charcoal and not a pill.

Still, I can try again, as I went to the pond and collected another one. By this point, the lotus flower that I clipped before had already regrown, but I took a different one, for luck's sake…

Not that luck was on my side as I burned it again.

But I tried again and again. After burning all my Profound Energy, I would eat some fruits and recuperate before trying again.

Eventually, after a couple of days, I was able to turn the lotus flower into a liquid state before turning it into a smaller blue pill.

“Oh… this looks nice!” I said, inspecting it with a bright smile on my lips. Finally, some good results!

Not that I consumed the pill. Instead, I placed it into a glass bottle and went to get another one. I decided that I wanted to master the process of turning it into liquid and then solidifying it.

I did this until the bottle was full of blue pills. Midway, I got the hang of it, and the rest was borderline automatic.

With a bunch of pills ready, I was prepared to make one for myself.

“Here we go.”

I popped into my mouth and closed my eyes. The pill travelled into my gut, and the energy began to flood my Profound Veins. In a normal case, this would be dangerous, but my veins are…

How should I say this…

High on… stuff, they are sturdy, and something like this is not dangerous. All I needed to do was circulate Profound Energy through my body and let the breakthroughs do their thing.

With a deep breath, a white mist left my body, and I could feel my aura magnifying itself many times. The power under my thumb was many times more than what it was at Earth Profound.

I was impressed by Earth Profound Before, as it was the realm where energy in the body saturated so much that it began to impact one’s lifespan, but Emperor Profofound? It's like comparing a cardboard box to a brick house. 

The aura was thick and so potent that I could use it alone to do things like elevating myself, making people float, or crushing things.

However, there was one issue: I needed to adjust to it, and my body was struggling with the excess energy.

After thinking for a bit, I got an idea…

“Hmmm, I could make a variation of a bath to cool my excess energy and adjust it.”

I realised that I could reduce weeks of power consolidation to just a couple of days of chilling in a bathtub!

“Hehehe, work smarter, not harder!”

With that in mind… I moved…

Almost slamming into a tree…

“Crap!”

“Little bit too fast!”

I stopped myself right before slamming into a tree. I was far too fast for my own good!

“Yeah… I need a bit of practice…” I chuckled nerviously. I suppose I could fly around a bit to get the hang of the power because it is a bit embarrassing.

With some fresh goals in mind, I walked to collect more grass and herbs to create a new herbal bath.
