Added 2019-04-21 06:19:08 +0000 UTCI can't say I'm happy with how this one turned out, but I'm really glad I had done all those panels before, otherwise art block would've set me back another week easily. Now that this segment is wrapped up, I can go about handling the aftermath and setting up for a possible sequel. I hope you've all enjoyed this little romp through an alternate C6 universe, it was certainly interesting to me.
My next update will be a new Collar6 strip and will go up next weekend. I think many of you will be excited to see what I have in store for that particular update. :)
An update on my partner: Christy got through the weeks of radiation and pill-based chemo. She spends the next month recovering (which she needs because it wasn't kind to her) before surgery to remove the cancerous mass. Afterwards, she will have a port placed in her body and will see the doctor daily for 6 months for further chemo.
Needless to say, we're both worried sick. Thank you all for your support. It's keeping us fed and housed right now and I seriously am grateful to be able to work from home doing this where I can be on hand to help her and just... be close to her for emotional support.

When I conceived the idea of Arkon, I thought of her as Xor's brother, but I kind of felt afterwards that it should be a brother/sister conflict. Sorry for the confusion!

2019-04-25 21:17:11 +0000 UTCI see now, so Arkon's actually a female (a item which seems to go against your comments on #18 of this comic strip), meaning that it's brother and sister who were fighting each other for this long... My mistake, but then again, it's actually kind of hard for me to actually tell the difference; given Arkon's name sounds like it could belong to either gender, right? But wow, Xor really doesn't know when to let go of their grudge against those that they consider to be lesser beings (blaming them for Atlantis being destroyed, when it wasn't their fault). Even though Arkon's been sticking around for the same amount of time as Xor has (by sheer force of willpower it seems), trying to talk her brother into letting go of his grudge and reincarnating alongside her (while she also destroys all of the books which are containing a part of his spirit, which he's used to ensure that he can continue to defy the cycle of reincarnation); he just refuses to accept it as an option and continues to spurn Arkon's kindness and compassion; forcing her to exorcise him from Nora's body! It's going to be interesting to see exactly how Nora reacts, upon being freed from Xor's influence... Is the case that she'll end up being very ashamed of everything that she's done to Laura and the other people around her as a result of this possession and concede defeat, allowing Michelle to make her own choices? Or will she refuse to accept this outcome and end up losing all that she owned, due to Evita setting something up to reveal all of Nora's crimes. Guess we will just have to wait and see now!

I LOVE the hell out of it, her hair going from red to hot pink is gorgeous in comparison to the fiery yellows and oranges in contrast. Feels very 80s, and the golden bindings is a beautiful and stark contrast to the black latex. It's work like this that makes me love your work and always fight for it. You have a beautiful eye for this and should be happy with it.
