Added 2021-05-29 12:37:17 +0000 UTCSo much time and effort into something that looks so crap. Oi. Not gonna lie, strips like this make me wonder why I don't just stop trying. It's trash and I'm sorry. As I'm prone to say, I did my best with this but as they also say, 'your best wasn't good enough'.
Initially I was just going with Evita's earlier pony getup but for whatever reason I decided to give her some crazy-ass body corset shit without... having any idea how to do that or the talent to pull it off. The result is... well, you can see. I changed Stablesister Rhondonite's hair as well because something about the two puffballs looked off to me. And yeah, I totally recycled some old backgrounds for this because I spent so much time trying to make that stupid body corset work that I ran out of time. So rack this one up as a week-long wasted effort.
I'm sorry this came out so shite. Maybe I should've just stuck with drawing stand-alone images. At least if they sucked it didn't take so long between updates. For now I'm going to 'celebrate' getting this strip posted after several days with no sleep by having some stale coffee. I'll see y'all in a few with something smutty and shiny. And hopefully better than this. Love y'all.

I miss the orange and gold too honestly. Orange is one of my favorite colours for latex and when this arc is over, I'm going to have her fully embrace the old Butterfly image just so I can have more of it~

2021-06-10 05:31:20 +0000 UTCI know (from personal experience) how hard it is not to drag yourself over the coals on your own work... but *please*, try not to beat yourself up all the time. From my perspective at least, this was more than worth the wait (as always) :) Evita's new pony-girl outfit is fantastic. I will confess that I miss the mix of yellow and black in the main body of the suit, just a little bit. However, this one has a much more restrictive and "oppressive" feel to it, which I think ties in nicely with the current phase of her arc. Plus, the yellow-orange ears (and the butterfly being on her headpiece rather than her chest) is a really nice touch. I also like the new Stable Sister. Her face in particular makes me think of that stern, no-nonsense-and-no-fun school teacher trope - which, again, fits well with how Madame Blackstone apparently wants Evita to be trained going forward. I assume "Nymphalidae" is Evita's pony name/moniker?

Maybe you're only seeing how it failed to match the image you had in your head? I think it looks great. Both as a design in its own right, and in the context of the comic. It looks a lot stricter than the previous outfit. So it very much fits with her new trainer's attitude. I also love that she has a tail now, and it matches her hair. Makes me wonder if that's made from some of her own actual hair.

The shading on this comic page it super next level! Also it’s cool to reuse a background every studio I have seen does the same thing! I know you don’t think so but as a fan it looks great! 2021-05-30 05:40:26 +0000 UTCActually, Evita's new pony suit (with her also being given the pony name Nymphaldilae, which is a really neat nod to her past) looks pretty awesome to me: with it being clearly designed as something which is meant to help keep a potentially rebellious pony-girl under the strict control of the person who is currently training them, so why exactly do you feel that this costume looks so bad? You have done a really great job here, I love it. And Rhodonite certainly seems to be taking her assigned role extremely seriously too, with her fully focused on training those pony-girls under her tutelage to obey all of the orders given to them (with all her comments also implying that she is the most senior member of Blackstone's current group, with only Blackstone being higher ranked then she is), with her conditioning all of her charges (both psychically and mentally) to obey the person that is currently holding onto their reins without question; while she's also staying almost completely emotionally detached when compared to all of the others! But it's going to be pretty interesting to see what exactly Rhodonite's training program will consist of and Evita's potential train of thought, as she's attempting to get through this whole experience without submitting completely to all the whims of her captors...

It really was worth the extra effort, I love the strict bondage/heavy rubber aesthetic and the way the armbinder combines perfectly with the corset and it's even conected, all of that plus the amazing boots, the shiny rubber and those sensual poses... it's simply sublime! I love it!

And I suspect Evita had a plan of "playing along" until she could figure out a way to escape. But Pinkie seems to have other ideas. (Maybe this is a way to weed out any false hope of getting away by pretense of submission)

Honestly, I think you obsess too much about the images, you are doing great and you did for a long time otherwise you wouldn't have people still supporting you. Personally I would love more emphasis on the story even if image sets are not absolutely perfect. To me seeing Sixx, Laura, Trina and Evita in kinky situations more often would be more important than being given better images.

I know you might not feel like it right now, but this one is a knock completely out of the park.
