I will build a time machine, go back to last week and slap the hell out of myself. This strip was a disaster from beginning to end and at the moment, I never want to see it again. At the very least it advances both the plot AND the time of day! Plot will be picking up from this point on~ I really hope y'all enjoy what I've got in store~
I'll be back... uh, in 4-5 days I'm going to say. Seems to be the average work cycle for me lately and I don't want to have to post another delay when it's time to upload. Evita and everyone else in the main crew are going through heavy, emotional shit. That can take more spoons to storycraft through.

2021-09-17 01:31:05 +0000 UTCDon't worry, we all totally understand about the comic being "delayed" a bit, but it's not the total disaster which you seem to believe it is, okay? We all know that the end result of these comics are always more than worth all the efforts which you've put into them, just remember to take proper care of yourself, we can wait for however long this takes. Anyway, back to the strip itself and it looks like Starlight Butterfly also has some allies of their own (but I'm not sure if this person is actually a willing ally or not, given what we know Starlight Butterfly's potentially capable of with their own powers; even if they do seem able to freely speak their mind and question things), one that looks very familiar to long time readers of the comic! And it seems like Evita's not in any real condition to resist them right now, thanks to how much she's been affected by the Path of Regret... But Starlight Butterfly does seem to have a very low opinion of Blackstone's methods, given that they are wanting to punish Evita for what she actually did and not potential crimes she could have committed (showing some moral standards), going so far as to help her recover; even if it's only so that they can try obtaining some information from Evita, or use her as a potential distraction for their own attack on Blackstone's castle? That was certainly a curious difference in opinions between both of our villain factions, but it does make me wonder more about their situation and just where it could lead to. I certainly am curious about how exactly things will play out now, but no rush here! We all totally understand if things do end up taking slightly longer then you've planned...

Your art is always worth it :) Please take care of yourself and know that your own well-being comes above everything else. In terms of the strip itself... well, this is interesting. It's not much of a surprise that the Starlight Butterfly has her own slave, but the fact that said slave looks like one of the Judiciatrix from way back in the day seems very curious indeed.
