Starting to wonder if I'm ever going to be able to draw to my fullest capacity again. I hope y'all like it despite it all. Sorry it took several extra days only to come out looking like this. At the very least the story is advancing. One step closer to the Pony Games~

2024-12-16 03:43:25 +0000 UTCWhile I was actually wrong about just who exactly 'Vojna' was, your own point about this whole situation having some major fallout for certain people (once things get resolved) is actually still a very valid detail? Especially since Michelle herself technically could be considered super important in universe, due to her (and Laura) having publicly defeated Xor-Talatia, gaining several titles from the media as a result, including "The Red Knight". Therefore, if even a few details of Blackstone's recent actions get revealed to the wider public (and I'm sure that there will have to be some explanation about what's happened), I could see some pointed questions being asked about HOW she had gotten away with it for so long! On the flip side, Michelle does seem to have stepped on a lot of toes during her time as Mistress Sixx (given how Nora's old friend seemed very unwilling to launch a operation against Blackstone's kingdom, at least until Nora had agreed to their request; whatever it might actually be), so wonder just how things might actually play out here...

It only means they will become a bigger and bigger issue with each single snatch they do, until they decide to snatch someone really important.

2024-11-09 16:13:38 +0000 UTCRemember that you're doing three jobs with each comic: writer, artist and colorist. Other artists may have a team working on it so one person writes, another sketches, another does the inks, another does the coloring and maybe yet another does shading effects. A single person doing multiple processes will need extra time to get it done.

2024-11-02 16:56:18 +0000 UTCThe new comic page looks pretty solid to me personally, so don't stress yourself out too much about any quality issues, since you are doing a really incredible job here... And wait just a second here, is 'Vojna' actually Cypress (talking about the guy who is Nora's partner in the Phantoms, or was before she'd ended up being 'burnt' by them, way back in #1165), or am I potentially mistaken about that particular fact right now? If I'm right though, oh wow: Blackstone's REALLY super confident in her ability to get away with all of her recent actions, given just how powerful the Phantoms are meant to be here, with them technically being able to successfully bypass almost all of the rules and regulations passed by both the Association and all the other global groups. Guess that Cypress was also taken by Blackstone and gotten turned into one of their rubber stallions, since he could still be technically considered to be a lower ranking member of the Phantoms (despite everything that's happened), so was a valid target for her; with Nora's superiors also deciding to write him off as a necessary sacrifice, in order to keep Blackstone from causing any serious global trouble (since the fact that she is mostly content to keep all of her activities contained to within the borders of her own personal kingdom, for the most part anyway, makes it fairly easy to keep any situations all under wraps), given that they seem perfectly willing to do the same thing with regards Michelle and anyone else who Blackstone's taken an interest in! Still, definitely seeing Nora being REALLY ticked off, once she discovers what's been happening here... Given that not only was her own daughter and their family targeted by Blackstone, with all of her superiors having turned a blind eye to this situation, but her own partner also ended up being thrown to the wolves by those in charge, just to try and appease someone like Blackstone? That would really be a major betrayal for Nora, given she had joined up with the Phantoms to protect the world and try making it into a safer place for Michelle, but clearly her superiors have a different definition of just what exactly keeping other people safe means. Should be interesting to see what will happen next here, since things are after really getting VERY interesting now!
