It might be time for Saki to demonstrate her “deep-sea CPR” from Miyako Diaries, though personally I’d caution against it in this case. You have at least one, if not two, perfectly capable people on or near the boat able to give much more of an ‘oomph’ to any chest contraction, and both are already in swimsuits to get wet, even. Also, is the Shrine Maiden in a similar position, or is she literally staring at the younger cousin, waiting for her to take a breath first (the “lung power monster” has considerably more experience subsisting on residual or even empty lung volume than either cousin, after all)?
