Anthology's Round III Results + Where's Jack's Lewd?

Regarding Jack's lewd, Lulu-chan is currently moving and added health conditions will not make her able to work on this commission on a timely schedule. So, I'm currently recommissioning the piece to someone else.
Now, moving on to the results of Round III, Winter wins! She was in the lead anyway, with 10 votes to Cinder's 7 and Penny's 6 but Madonna's vote could have overturned everything in anyone's favour. When asked to elaborate on her choice, mrs Arc had this to say:
"Let's go about this by exclusion, shall we? First of all, the proposal centering around miss Cinder Fall. While it may be tantalizing to the average reader, the problem is that the pitch focuses way too much on the details of intercourse. It almost reads like pure smut!
That leaves miss Winter and Penny. The proposal with the innocent redhead, while certainly original, goes to the other extreme and centers way too much on the non-intercourse part, going into sci-fi territory at times. The smuttening comes almost out of nowhere.
That leaves miss Winter's pitch which, while not perfect, follows a good if basic structure of storytelling. Set-up, development, pay-off. Also, the creative use of a Semblance gives it bonus points. Literally."
When asked to comment about her victory, miss Schnee had this to say:
"Someone is going to PAY for this!!!"
