JPDE Loods - An Update And An Apology
Added 2018-07-23 21:25:51 +0000 UTCHello thar, Meinos Kaen here. I'm here with an update about the lood 60$+ tier and the rewards involved. Or better, the lack of it. The images have been coming slow from the beginning, as you may remember, but what's come even slower is the writing I had promised. Now, while I have been lacking time because of my now full time job -yay long-term contract employment :D- I haven't not been writing at all. The real problem has come because of the quality of it. I've written but the quality has been poor, in my eyes. Even that first Jack lewd, I never liked the final result. So, I'm forced to admit that I cannot write loods I'm not into personally. Writing loods on commission is not something I can do and it was stupid of me to try. I WILL finish the ones that were already sold -you did pay for them- but I can no longer in good conscience sell my lood writing skills. Now, where does that leave the 60$ Tier? To two options. 1) Leave it as it is but as a contest for just a picture with no writing involved. In return, instead of just the subject, the winner may also suggest an artist of their choice to commission the piece to. 2) Scrap the lood tier and make the 60$ Tier a Double Nom tier: people in the 60$ Level would be able to nominate both for the New Character and the New Route polls each month. hence why the suggestion of monthly or twice a month written submissions contest, I know it might not be the best solution but it's the best I got aside from commissioning a lewd writing partner I don't see how else it could be done, because like I said you already have two written lewd in game not doing the same for any other would be a bit off.

2018-07-24 04:11:01 +0000 UTCWhoa, Nononono, please tell me this decision isn't my fault look my dude I wasn't saying you had to fork over a bus load of lewd to make up for the lack of them, no I was just asking when they'd be done, I mean take you're time if you need to I can understand not wanting to give away what you feel is a half descent product, but don't just scrap the whole thing, especially know when you've already written two, not doing the same for the other's would just be a waste and a bit out of place, don't you think?, I mean and this is a third option that I'm just throwing out there why not ask the artist if they would like a shot at writing the scene, or BETTER yet make a contest out of it, yeah for those in the $60 tier or heck below and above every month a submission box could be put up for those you announce are in the next lewd and who ever win's based off of you're personal judgment has there username credited and get a bonus vote for the next poll, lewd or character introduction, look I know that writing lewd is hard but at this point they seem like an important part of the over all game, just think the suggestion over, or you know ignore the crap out of it, cause it's from someone who has no say in the game's development, except for some donation money, but whatever, just know that I look forward to whatever you decide.
