JPDE Release Method Change

2.08 is almost 100%. The release is so close you can almost taste it... And on that note, following a suggestion from another Patron, I was thinking about changing up the release method, to give lower level patrons more incentive to be here.
The new schedule idea would be like so:
1) 25$+ Patrons get the game as soon as it's ready each month.
2) All the remaining patrons get the game 5 days afterwards but before the public.
3) Non-Patrons get the game on the day the next episode of RWBY drops.
