Releasing the Cobalt Plus Tier!

You may have sensed some changes are coming as we updated our top image and the profile pic - and guess what, you are right. We are doing some realigning of our pledge tier programs and introducing the "Cobalt Plus Tier" (fancy? thanks, we came up just recently). This lets you the Patrons after a valid payment of $20/mo to make a commission request of ANY character(s) once every month to us! Here is more detail - the work needs to be:
a) Uncolored
b) One panel with up to two characters
c) Underwater
The commission window will always be open in a sense, so as long as you are a Cobalt in a good standing we will get to your request - rain or shine.
A good thing about Patreon is that it lets us place a limit on the number of patrons that are eligible for the program, which we currently set as the first 15. Back in DeviantArt, we knew there was a great demand for commissioned work but it was a bit unworkable, as the slots fill up so fast that we had to close down very quicky (in hours, sometimes). While we think things may work quite differently here and there may not be as much demand, we deem this as a potential solution to our longtime challenge.
We have posted here as an example a fanpic from the soon-to-be-coming Ghost in the Shell. So this will be in line with what you will expect to get once you are signed up.
Also as a side note, we made some changes to the $3 (Sapphire) and $5 (Aegean) Tiers. While you will see more publications from the Aegean Tier and up going forward, we wil continue to offer Amamiko, our mainstream work, to the $3 Sapphire members. And the Sapphires will not lose any access to previously viewable contents, so no worries in case you are from thatTier.

But the commissioner is free to post it elsewhere; we just want to avoid automatically posting them available to public domain which would depreciate their value quickly - and also increase the value of the $5 flagship Tier.

Do the Cobalt tier patreon, who did the comission own the picture too? (reuploading to other sites, etc?) How will this work?
