Hospital: Miyakojima Tokushukai Hospital (located at the northern rim of Hirara downtown (here). The Prefectural Hospital is larger and nicer but this once has a more rustic ring.
Streets/shops along a beach: Taken Yonaha Mae-hama, Miyako Island's largest and most popular beach. As you can see, there aren't much of "streets" or "shops"...
