If it is, the “them” she is referencing here could be Aya and Chihaya, which could serve as extra meaning for the ‘Is it secret training’ tag line. Perhaps if Saki can’t find the cousins in their usual dive spot, she’ll come to the conclusion that they’re covertly training to beat her in the upcoming match, spurring her into action, leading to more side projects like this where Saki’s view of events is highlighted.
