first ty for being down for the "scallison" hate bc trust me this is even scaled back in my head I wanna fast forward sometimes when we see them they dont be talking about shit! esp in ep 7 they really started to blow me like yall dont even have a plot fr! and yes we agreee with what you are saying about the alpha thing like ok its cute for you to call Scott an alpha but we all know he aint running shit! Scott "Little Bitch" McCall Yeah I don't know what problem Mr.Harris has with Stiles exactly but it's honestly fucked up. The way he talks to him and about him while literally nobody else gets that treatment?? Even people who maybe actually deserve to be called out get ignored, but Stiles just.. exists and Mr.Harris has a problem with him. Maybe the Sheriff pissed him off but he can't do anything about that so he goes after his son?? Believable. He's just jealous and biphobic?? Also believable Allison's whole "i'm not like other girls" "i can protect myself" "i'm a badass" routine gets on my nerves most of the time. Like I know the 'not like other girls' line was a big thing around the time this was airing but still. I can't speak for anyone else but I personally love all the shit-talk about Scallison. There are non-canon pairings that have more chemistry and are infinitely less unbearable, plus all the friendships. I wish the show had focus more on.. literally any of the others. Scott and Allison are so.. untoasted white bread. They're boring. Scott never has anything to say to Stiles. Like from day one. Man doesn't give a fuck about his "best friend". He showed more worry for Issac, Erica, and Boyd when they became werewolves than he ever showed Stiles and he hadn't talked to any of the three before. You know who HAS looked out for Stiles?? Derek. But we're supposed to believe Derek is the bad guy here?? Mhm. Okay. Sure, McCall. I can't remember where I read it, but someone said that Jeff Davis - the guy behind Teen Wolf - had said that there wasn't homophobia in the Teen Wolf universe. Not sure how true that is, like if he really intended it to be a homophobia-free universe, but either way Jackson at least isn't homophobic and I love that for him, Danny, and all of us. Jackson can be the most unbearable little bitch (next to Scott) but his friendship with Danny makes me really happy. Especially because it wasn't a "stereotypical token gay bestie" deal. Danny is just a dude who is popular and plays lacrosse and happens to be gay. Being willing to trade less Allison for more Jackson is so valid lmfao Especially during episodes like this when he isn't doing The Most to be awful. Lydia's fashion sense is definitely talked about in fandom, but her fashion is also part of her character (i mean, fashion is part of every character's.. character, but Lydia's is part of it beyond just what she wears) She is shown to be the most fashionable person at school, she's popular, she has an extensive wardrobe, she loves to shop and pick out outfits, etc. and so fashion is a topic tied to her character. Allison said she wanted to call her dad to protect Lydia, and maybe she did, but it would've gotten everyone else killed in the process. Honestly it's not even off the table that it could've gotten Lydia and Stiles killed too. You can't trust hunters. Lydia is definitely something. Scott being the "alpha" is such bullshit. I don't care what anybody says he is never and will never be an alpha. He doesn't have the eyes and honestly he also doesn't have any of the qualifications. He's just annoying. If there WAS going to be a second alpha you are so right that it should be Stiles (and he would be a pretty wolf omg) (or! a fox, if we continued making different creatures / animals). But a single pack for an area is how it's typically done. Beacon Hills has always been protected by the Hale pack. Derek had / has the potential to be a really good alpha but nobody taught him how to be an alpha, because he was never supposed to be one. His mom died when he was 16ish which made Laura the alpha, Laura died by Peter before Derek found her, and Peter was Peter - not the kind of alpha you learn from. So Derek is really trying to figure it all out alone and that has gotta be really difficult. Thrilled y'all are getting to s3, I hope you end up loving it too (and that we didn't all over-hype it lol)
