2025-10-11 05:12:43 +0000 UTCSo the Kate and Derek relationship has always been p*dophilic. It was hinted at when Kate had Derek captured at the end of season 1. She got to him when he was 16 and she was already in her 20s. That's how she was able to manipulate him into giving info on the Hales to start the fire. That was 6 years ago at the beginning of season 1 (that's the most accurate timeline after all the retcons) making Derek 22 by that point and Kate at least 26. Season 4 is 2 years after season 1 so currently Kate is 28 minimum kissing a 16 years old to again manipulate him. What's even more f*cked up is that this Derek is still dealing with the death of Paige. This is why I will forever hate Kate and not forgive Jeff Davis for bringing her back. All of that because they liked the actress.
