Thx Dave. Strength routine is progressive overload. Mostly 3x10 last set to failure. 4 days a week - Chest&Tris / Back&Bis/ legs&abs/ shoulders&traps. I added the shoulders day because they don’t really match my arms. Had surgery on both shoulders (different issues) some limitations on range of motion. I’ve gone through the process of lossing weight a couple of times. I’m down 5lbs since Feb 1st. I have to be more disciplined on my diet. -5 lbs April and May will get me there and that’s reasonable goal / time frame. I can add some light cardio but I know heavy cardio will make me hungry and challenge my self control.
