What Do You Think About This?

Thanks for the feedback! The information I've gotten from everyone who participated with this has been really helpful. Looks like the "exclusives" will stay explicit (to varying degrees) and the regular pieces will be more of a mix.

I quite like having explicit works, but it's not a deal-breaker for me if the "explicit exclusives" aren't all explicit. For certain ideas, the need to be "explicit" could potentially wind up feeling a little forced and I'd rather have a sexy, original idea be realized in the best possible way than necessarily explicit.

Yeah, for sure! I agree that it's fun seeing the different things that people go for in our community.

Indeed, to further muddy the waters, the concept of “explicit” oftentimes is simply in the eye of the beholder, as implied above. I find myself enjoying exclusives that are more to my taste when they come up, and being rather curious about other folk’s tastes when stuff I don’t care about comes up (wow, interesting that someone likes that, etc.). Either way it’s fun. It takes all kinds, and all that jazz. Personally, seeing a dame or two tightly tied up, with leaving something for my imagination, is “explicit” enough for me!

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. Free distribution already killed my ability to make comics for Lustomic.com. That was working out well for me at first, and I was able to put a lot of effort into those comics. But the books quickly became the victim of their own popularity, so now I can't make any new ones. Thank goodness for Patreon supporters and physical art collectors!

Very true! It's interesting how people who commonly enjoy the things we like still have very divergent tastes.

I think it's a very personal question because each person who subscribes has different tastes and requirements. My personal preference is leave something to the imagination...
