30 Days

When Fudge breaks the law to have Harry tried before the entire Wizengamot, and then Umbridge's involvement comes to light during the trial, Harry uses an old, obscure law to his advantage. Because the Ministry, whether Fudge was involved or not, attempted to murder the heir of two Ancient and noble families, a law put in place during the formation of the Wizengamot is activated. Now, Harry has 30 days, as the Minister for Magic, to prove Voldemort is back, and that the Minister tried to cover it up. In the process of trying to do that, Harry ends up making changes that will have far reaching consequences that no one could have imagined. 

A/N: This will be a story with very little sex and a lot more plot compared to what I usually write. 

The Surrogate 2 (either a sequel, a rewrite, or a different story with a similar start. I'm not sure yet.)

I know that I haven't finished The Surrogate yet - and I plan to go back to it very soon - but I had the idea of expanding it to more than just Tonks. It would also take place after the war, instead of during Harry's 7th year. I was thinking Harry could be a surrogate for Fleur (Bill is rendered both impotent and sterile during the war.) Narcissa (Who wants another child to raise without Lucius' influence.) Susan (Who marries Colin Creevy, a proud cuck who fantasizes about Harry getting his wife pregnant.) and Daphne (Who marries Tracey after her parents are killed in the war and wants children. Of course, I could add more as the story continues, but Harry/Tonks would still be the main pairing. 

Right now, I think making it a sequel would be the best course to take, but I need to finish the original story first. I'll be writing a new chapter for it this month. Probably after the Patron Idea Poll is finished.
