Health and Hurricane update
Added 2023-09-05 21:49:54 +0000 UTCHello everyone. I'll be making this months Patron Idea Post in just a little bit, but I wanted to give everyone an update on what's going on with me. I don't like to make excuses or miss posts, but I recently found out the reason I've been feeling so sick is because of a tear in my intestines that got infected. I'm antibiotics now, and feeling a little better, but still feeling quite weak and tired. Besides that, this is set to be one of the worst Hurricane seasons on record where I live in Florida. The last one just grazed us, we lost power for a few hours, but nothing too bad. However, since September and August are the peak of hurricane season, and we already have two more building in the Atlantic, I just wanted to make sure you're all aware that missing a couple of posts may be out of my control. I'll do my best to keep you updated if another storm heads my way. For now, I'm going to keep working as much as I'm able, resting when I need to so I can recover as soon as possible. I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their concern, and continued support. You're all amazing, and I wouldn't be able to do this without your help. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Take care everyone.

take the time to get healthy, bothersome as the required healing time may be. As for the hurricanes, we can hope you only get one a season. I spent a large portion of my childhood on the Texas Gulf Coast where they get one a decade, but I know what they can do.

I was born, raised, and still live in South Florida, so I know how concerning major hurricanes can be. Why is it that the “I” named storms have a grudge against us?!

Though one thing you can control is living in Florida, so you could try fixing that :P I kid, seriously though, take all the time you need.

Myself and my family live in different parts of Florida so I know all about being prepared. I have a feeling what we've seen is nothing compared to what is possibly to come. Stay safe and please take care of yourself first and foremost.
