Felix got diagnosed with a herniated disc in his back and was restricted because of it so that’s why he doesn’t participate in things like roller coaster rides. The other reason is because Felix has a severe fear of heights and fainted the last time he was on a roller coaster. Chan had to hold him up until the ride was over and he came too. So for these two reasons, they are very cautious with Felix now.

That's why he didn't partake in a lot of the rides. In a lot of the videos from that time, Chan and the others can be seen warning him of his back and protecting him. Very sweet.

Caused by microtears in your muscles, DOMS usually occurs if you have pushed yourself harder than usual. Stretching is a good way to offset any soreness that may occur.
