2025-06-09 23:31:12 +0000 UTCIn general, it's too offensive for the same reason that the n-word is too offensive: it exists in its current form solely to disparage, degrade, and dehumanize a marginalized group of people who not that long ago were literally getting lynched in the name of Jesus. So yeah, it's a very heavily loaded word. I don't think your viewers will mind because we know it's not coming from a place of hate with you.
