His name is Eric Bourdaine THIS is him with WAR a ALL black funk/ kind of rock band in the 70s and SUPER BAD ASS.. When Bourdaine got back from Vietnam he collaborated with WAR and toured with them for a bit ... THIS is one of the songs to come out of that tour.. it is one of my very favorite songs of all time .
