My brother was murdered in cold blood in January of this year. Life goes on. Just because you fall apart and succumb to drugs and alcohol doesn't mean we should cater to you for 20+ years. At some point it's on you. Making Bam out to be the good guy in all this is absolutely absurd.

2023-10-04 13:58:00 +0000 UTCUnfortunately they terminated Bam's contract to be in the movie because they made him sign a contract without his lawyer present with a "it's either now or never" ultimatum when he was still locked up in rehab and on the contract stated he couldn't use or abuse substance or alcohol of any kind so when he tested positive for Adderall(which is legally medically prescribed to him by his doctor for his bipolar and depression) Johnny Knoxville Jeff Tremaine kicked bam out of the movie which bam sued them for five million dollars for wrongful termination of a breach contract and using skits in the movie that he himself came up with and they kept in the movie and used without his permission plus bam was still in the marching band skit he's the second person that jumps on the treadmill behind Knoxville which was the Ultimate no no because they kept him in the movie and wasn't even trying to pay him. Right now Bam Margera is in a very vulnerable state constantly having relapses with alcohol over Ryan Dunn's passing, having legal issues with his own brother who he allegedly beat the hell out of a few weeks ago plus he's dealing with the fact that his wife Nikki is trying to divorce him and take his son Phenix away from him while trying to bring them to court for child support for $10,000 a month plus everyone around him is trying to force him into another rehab which I don't know when they're going to realize it's not going to work. Idk who the hell Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine think they are but their contracts doesn't overrule doctor's orders which they found out the hard way in court

So whether that was on the wellness agreement or not, he was fired without cause. Improperly. That's why Knoxville and Tremaine and Spike settled the case out of court when they have access to infinitely more funds than Bam does. He's a spoiled child but he was done wrong here.
