This is my first time watching the Amazing Spiderman movies, and damn....the cemetery scene at the end broke me. I was in tears. Losing Gwen was tragic. Looking forward to No Way Home though....I saw it in the theaters and it was fantastic.

ma bro, can you please take a break from "MCU" movies for a bit and maybe venture to enjoy other movies, like TIM BURTON's movie? like corpse bride, edward scissorhands, nightmare before christmas, etc, or other than tim burton like, Death Becomes Her, What We do in the Shadows directed by taika waititi if i'm not mistaken. tbh i am not enjoying the recent movies/shows you did, i can understand the situation, but if you can take this as a consideration i would be grateful. differences with the comics, if you're curious: Electro, aside from being a white guy in the comics, also isn't blue, he looks like a regular person when he isn't in his costume. he was an ordinary engineer working on power lines when an electrical overload gave him electric powers. unlike the movie, comics Electro isn't insane and doesn't even really hate Spider-Man, he's just a professional crook who wants Spidey to stop getting in his way. Gwen Stacy was killed by the Norman Osborn Green Goblin back in the 70s. it was the first time in comics that a hero's love interest was killed off and kinda changed the tone of comics forever. Norman threw her off the Brooklyn Bridge and Peter caught her with his web, but the sudden stop caused her neck to break, killing her instantly. the Rhino is pretty much the same, he's a big dumb crook who let some other criminals put him in a super-powered suit, the main difference is in the comics it's not mechanical, it's more like artificial rhino skin.

The villains are the only bad thing about this movie, but unfortunately it’s a huge chunk of the film. I still think the chemistry between Peter and Gwen is beautiful, and MUCH better than anything we got from Tobey/MJ and Holland/Zendaya.

Yo I SWEAR that last web line Spider-Man sent to Gwen looked like a freaking hand trying to get her as she was falling, but it just wasn't soon enough... I gave the first movie a lot of shit, but this one was great. Good reaction bruh. ✌🏾

Good movie. I know it received a lot of mixed reviews but its still good overall. There were a couple of nitpicks I had with it tho like I wasn't the biggest fan of Harry in this and how they did the goblin. And Rhino was just thrown in there at the end like he was a last minute thought. I also wasn't the biggest fan of how Peter left Gwen in the beginning because of her father. They already basically handled that at the end of the last one so I felt it was kinda redundant and a tad forced so that they could have some romantic drama. But they woulda already had that with Gwen moving on to college. It woulda been better if they weren't together at the start and then slowly got back together while at the same time Gwen was about to go to Oxford. Other than that I liked it a lot. Electro was cool and really coulda been the only villain in it and it woulda been fine. The spiderman suit looked great and they had some of the best web swinging I've seen in a spiderman movie till this day.

Peter Parker is just a kid who has already lost SO. DAMN. MUCH. So glad you watched these movies first, because No Way Home will be that much more meaningful.
