2023-07-11 01:06:39 +0000 UTCSpielberg is fascinated with the topic of UFO. He made ET, Close Encounters and a few other movies related to the broader subject. The last part with the military having thousands and thousands of boxes of artifacts "special/topic secret" is actually a very keen criticism b y Spielberg of the military industrial complex keeping secret things we just have tall tales of. I guess i hadn't seen it in a while and forgot about that scene. Spielberg also produced Transformers which really had a lot of commentary about a similar thing, the whole sector 7, of people that are basically outside of government oversight but are very highly cleared. There's a lot of stuff going on in the UFO subject right now in real life, it's incredible. You should watch Close Encounters of the Third Kinds or War of the Worlds.
