He coerced and threatened her into fellatio, telling her he would tell people she attacked him (the shattered monitors being the so-called "proof") and that it was on HIS say-so that she could be fired from the Seven. Which was a lie, but even if it had been the truth, it didn't change the fact that he was strong-arming her into complying. That's why Starlight was vomiting in the bathroom, where Maeve told her to not let the others see her like this and Translucent was lurking naked in the corner. So your hate on Deep this whole time has been 100% justified. He's a sick creep.
