Season 5 episode 12's finale was the very first episode where this damn show got me teary eyed. That song playing while Dee's coming out holding her baby while Mac (Rob) looks on, is just, UGHHHHH, chef's kiss!!!

And a round of applause for how they handled writing her real pregnancy into a storyline that actually worked on the show. Theres a couple other shows on TV that wrote real life pregnancies into the actual show and it really kind of fucked them, but it's brilliant how The Gang was able to basically make it one big call back to S5 premie. Also gotta love Sizemore in this. He was fully committed to playing a scumbag lollll.
