Dev Log #42 - Out of the frying pan

Hey all! Starting fresh with the month of August, I have a few updates to share with regard to the game development as well as in other areas outside of the development cycle, so let's get going!

Render request backlog... complete!
Despite the rough month of July, I've just finished with the last of the render requests that have been stacked since June together with July. These render requests will become available very soon, so do keep a lookout!

Poll tournament v2!
It was shared in last week's poll that I am preparing for the same poll tournament format that selected a vore scene for me to work on that involved animals as predators. This tournament was definitely engaging back when it was first done, as many of you have had different preferences, and that resulted in a variety of differing outcomes, which eventually decided the winner being the Tiger as the predator, which was one of the endings in E1P2!

The core concept of this remains the same but will have several tweaks regarding the prey, so do read more about it in the poll-related post itself! Happy voting!

Game development update
Regarding the development progress of Episode 2, I have just recently started rendering a few scenes that are between the opening day as well as some scenes from a few days after this opening day.

I will be looking to develop the first free roam of the episode over the coming days (the first of three free roams), which will look to incorporate the map feature as well as the phone mechanics in a more fully fleshed-out and structured experience, which aims to exceed the free roam section seen in E1P1.

All the free roam sections in Episode 2 have a similar overall goal: to advance the story in a manner where you, the player, are in control and what you do and interact with as you guide Cara around. A few of these interactions are planned to have adverse effects in later parts of the story, for better or worse!

Story: 90% done. The ending is currently between 2 finalized and possible scenes. Additional scenes have been slotted into various points of the story and will be worked into the episode. Up 5% from the previous breakdown.

Renders: 10% done. Starting progress on the renders and will most likely keep up the progress gradually over the coming weeks as we ride into August! Up 5% from the previous breakdown.

Dialogue: 0% done. No progress. However, this will be worked on as development on the first free-roam is kicking off for the coming week.
